Available Volunteer Positions with Tesfazghi Foundation:

1.  Community Outreach Coordinator
Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage the community.
Organize and participate in community events and activities.
Build and maintain relationships with community partners and stakeholders.

Qualifications:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Experience in community outreach or related fields.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

2.   Fundraising Assistant
Responsibilities:
Assist in planning and executing fundraising events and campaigns.
Research and identify potential donors and sponsors.
Maintain donor databases and track contributions.

Qualifications:
Excellent organizational and research skills.
Experience in fundraising or event planning is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

3.   Program Support Volunteer
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative support to program managers.
Assist in the development and implementation of program activities.
Monitor and evaluate program outcomes and impact.
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and administrative skills.
Experience in program management or related fields.
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams.

4.   Social Media and Communications Volunteer
Responsibilities:
Create and manage content for social media platforms.
Develop and implement communication strategies to promote the foundation’s mission and activities.
Engage with the online community and respond to inquiries.
Qualifications:
Strong writing and communication skills.
Experience in social media management and content creation.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
